I’ll bet you’ve not heard about photo coaching as a business opportunity.

It caught my attention almost 30 years ago and I launched my business when I was a young mother staying home with my two young children at that time. Now, I’m a grandma to three.
It appealed to me because::
- I needed to start contributing to the family income,
- I had experienced living through a fire storm grabbing what photos in boxes I could and wanted to help others be proactive when it came to their precious memories avoiding heartbreaking losses
- I always liked looking through family photos and always liked looking through family photos and thinking up the stories that went with the pictures.
Today, I’ve scaled my business across the U.S. even though I mostly work from my home in the Palm Springs area of Southern California. I’m grateful for learning the technology that allows me to coach people out of my area and mentor others that want their own home business.
Many more photo coaches are needed. Read on to learn why.
Why do people need photo coaches?
You’re helping clients declutter and digitize.
They need help finding the photos, videos, slide shows, and other memories that have meaning.
Think about your situation.

How many traditional photo albums, VHS tapes, and other media do you have on your shelves that you can’t access? Do you have photos in envelopes that are packed away in garages and stuffed into closets?
Those memories are at risk of being lost or permanently damaged.
Now estimate how many photos and videos you have on your smartphone. It’s estimated that people typically have about 2,000 files. In addition, we have external hard drives and laptops with memories stored on them.
Where do you begin organizing your memories, and how do you possibly save them for future generations?
Families across the U.S. need photo coaches to help them digitize older media and organize and store the photos and videos they’ll take in the future.
The need exists, but some businesses are more difficult to operate than others. You can run your photo coaching service efficiently like I do.
The reality of running my photo coaching business
Do you know a major concern of most small business owners, especially solopreneurs?
It’s that they have to work hands-on with every aspect of the business and it becomes overwhelming.
Here’s how I’m able to operate efficiently and I can mentor you in doing the same.
A core part of my business is using FOREVER®, the most complete memory-keeping system available. FOREVER®’s capabilities let me do the following for clients:
- Digitize photos of parents, grandparents, grandchildren, memorable vacations and more
- Store files in an account my clients own. It’s permanent storage that’s guaranteed to last a lifetime, plus 100 years and beyond. Thanks to the FOREVER® Guarantee Fund.
- Turn the digitized files into treasured photo books and other printed gifts
- Research a family’s history and write brief descriptions or stories
When the digital age hit, I added an in-home scanning service to help clients digitize. It was labor intensive. So, it was a smart decision in my business to make a chance in 2015.

FOREVER® has a powerful platform with outstanding customer service.
This is a business for professionals looking to add an income stream to their existing portfolio of services. Family photos have meaning and are an asset.
Insurance professionals, estate planners, photographers, and other professionals can easily add FOREVER® to what they offer.
